            2. The terms of use presented below is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs conducting buisness by the online store (Terms of use and online shop are not directed towards consumers).
            3. The administrator of the personal data processed in the Online Store in connection with the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations is the Seller. Personal data is processed for purposes, for a period and based on the basis and principles indicated in the privacy policy published on the Online Store. Pricacy policy primarily contains rules regarding the processing if personal data by the Administrator in the Online Store, including the basics, purposes and period of personal data processing and the rights of data subjects, as well as information on the use of cookies and analytical tools in the Online Store. Using the  Online Store, including making purchaes, is voluntary. Similarly, the provision of personal data by the Customer or Customer using the Online Store is voluntary, subject to the exeptions indicated in the privacy policy (conclusion of the contract and statutory obligations of the Seller).
