Versatile warranty for a period of one year with an option to prolong the validity up to 3-5 years.
Is a program which secures your devices in case of accidental damage, ensures a swift 3-day repair time and allows you to restore your battery.
Total M2T Care Service allows you to prolong your warranty for the following one or two years. It's a choice for clients who are looking for immediate response to service queries and support in running a consistent business.

- One year device warranty with a option to prolong from 3 to 5 years, one year battery warranty and 6-month warranty for accessories
- 3-day repair time (timeframe for internal service activities)
- Free of charge access to convenient facilities and newest device updates

- Optional battery exchange
- Warranty may be prolonged for another one to two years
- Once the malfunction is removed, M2T Service Center covers both end costs of shipping the device to the client

Special M2T Care service provides a 7 working day repair timeframe. A key feature is an additional service which allows for battery exchange and warranty for damage issues caused by user device exploitation. Choosing Special M2T Care service enables you to get full advantage from your investment in M2T offered products
Key features of Special M2T Care:
- One year device warranty with a option to prolong from 3 to 5 years, one year battery warranty and 6-month warranty for accessories
- 7-day repair time (timeframe for internal service activities)
- Free of charge access to convenient facilities and newest device updates
- Full warranty for damage issues caused by user device exploitation
- When choosing to extend the program for 3 to 5 years, further extension for another 1 or 2 years becomes available
- Optional battery exchange
- Once the malfunction is removed, M2T Service Center covers one end of the cost of shipping the device to a partner facility or headquarters
- A network Help Desk is provided during warranty period
- Choosing this option replaces Basic M2T Care Service

Plus M2T Care service provides a 10 working day repair timeframe and allows you to fully benefit from M2T distributed products.
Key features of Plus M2T Care:
- One year device warranty with a option to prolong from 3 to 5 years, one year battery warranty and 6-month warranty for accessories
- 7-day repair time (timeframe for internal service activities)
- Damage caused by device exploitation and accidental damage are not warranty covered
- Battery exchange is not included in the program, while device updates availability is determined by the chosen model
- Warranty is not viable for extension over the period of one or two years
- Once the malfunction is removed, M2T Service Center covers one end of the cost of shipping the device to the client
- A network Help Desk is provided during warranty period
- Choosing this option replaces Basic M2T Care Service

BasicM2T Care Service
Free of charge, basic service care vaild for a period of 12 months.
Basic M2T Care Service comes with a dedicated team of specialists who will provide consistent support. This means risk minimization, process fluidity and continual assistance, which translates to safety and comfort for your business.
Key features of Basic M2T Care:
- One year device and battery warranty, 6-month warranty for accessories
- 15-day repair time (timeframe for internal service activities)
- Damage caused by device exploitation and accidental damage are not warranty covered
- Free device updates - determined by the chosen model
- Warranty is not viable for extension over the period of one year
- Once the malfunction is removed, M2T Service Center covers one end of the cost of shipping the device to the client
- A network Help Desk is provided during warranty period

- M2T Care warranty programmes cover brands distributed by M2T
- A warranty programme becomes vaild, once purchased within 90 days from the shipment date. The date of delivering the motion is considered as a starting date of the warranty period (does not apply for Basic M2T Care Service)
- Prolonging the warranty for a period of 1 or 2 years:
- Purchasing warranty prolongation is possible if the current programe have not yet expired. This option is applicable towards clients who choose Plus M2T Care, Special M2T Care or Total M2T Care. There is also a one time only option to purchase the same programme.
- The cost for exending Special M2T Care or Total M2T Care, for a period of 1 or 2 years, once the 5 year proctection period was purchased, depends on the decison made by M2T Service Center.
- Once the prolongation have been purchased for a period of 1 or 2 years, the guaranteed benefits are identical to the ones from the original programme.
- Special M2T Care and Total M2T Care programmes can be purchased up to a maximum of 7 years.
- Our warraty does not cover any of the following events (regardless of the chosen programme):
- Device repairs conducted in a non-authorised service center
- Default serial number of the device was removed, damaged or erased
- The devices were damaged as a result of non-standard packing, unpacking, motage, instalation or dismantling
- Devices that were damaged intentionally
- Damage resulting in device exploitation inconsistent with manual guidelines
- Dismantling the devices by unauthorised personnel
- The device was intentionally or accidentally damaged by high temperature
- Damage caused by forces of nature, such as earthquake or flood; or other reasons non-reliant on the distributor such as theft or warfare
- Regulations regarding baterry exchange:
- Both end cost of sending/receiving is covered by the user
- Special M2T Care and Total M2T Care programmes include battery exchange
- After 24 months, from the date of purchase of a M2T distributed device, you may exchage your used batteries
- Built-in batteries are not covered by the battery exchange service
- After receiving a new set of batteries, the client is obliged to send the used ones to headquaters

- There is a option for creating a dedicated service offer.Feel free to contact M2T Service Center to discuss terms and causes, why an exception is necessary and did any non-standard circumstances have occured.
- Our network Help Desk allows for a special facility conducted by a dedicated engineer of our service center
